Peace now!
Some time ago I took the pain of reading parts of a psyops (psychological operations) manual. I remember a sentence: "Large-scale conflicts like those of the XX century would be impossible now because public opinion won't support them". This means they somehow take into account public opinion.
So, maybe posting and sharing cartoons about peace may be less senseless than it may seem.
